BREAKING just a few minutes ago Israel finishes…See more… See more
In 2025, Israel faces renewed security challenges as reports emerge of missile launches, border clashes, and heightened military activity. While details remain limited, the Israel Defense Forces have raised readiness levels, activating air defense systems and implementing emergency protocols across major cities.

Government officials have urged calm while working to protect civilians. No group has claimed responsibility, but analysts cite long-standing friction with non-state actors and broader geopolitical rivalries as potential factors. The complexity of the region means multiple parties could be driving the escalation.
Authorities have boosted surveillance and deployed targeted defense measures while maintaining contact with international allies. The government emphasizes both strong defense and the need to avoid wider conflict.
Global leaders and regional partners have expressed concern, urging restraint to prevent spillover effects that could disrupt trade, increase humanitarian needs, and strain diplomatic relations.

Despite tensions, peace efforts persist through grassroots initiatives, UN mediation, and diplomatic channels. Observers stress that resolving the crisis will require sustained diplomacy, humanitarian aid, and coordinated global action to reduce hostilities and pursue long-term stability in the Middle East
Chuck Schumer’s Shutdown Gamble BACKFIRED — President Trump Just Gave the OrderTrump Freezes $18 Billion In NYC Projects Over DEI Spending
On the first day of the federal government shutdown, New York City is learning just how costly its commitment to “diversity, equity, and inclusion” policies could be under President Donald Trump’s administration.
BREAKING: Elizabeth Warren Melts Down After Bill Reveals Free Healthcare for…
Senator Elizabeth ‘Pocahontas’ Warren erupted on CBS Mornings when confronted about the Democrat funding bill that critics say funnels taxpayer dollars to noncitizens.
CBS co-host Tony Dokoupil pressed her: “So, senator, you know, Republicans say what you’re really fighting for is taxpayer dollars for, as they put it, illegal aliens. I know that’s not strictly true but there is a provision –”
Warren immediately interrupted: “Oh, excuse me not strictly true.”
FOLLOW US ON RUMBLE
Dokoupil continued, “It’s not directly true, but –”
“It is a flat-out lie. It is a flat-out lie,” Warren shot back.
“There is nothing in Medicaid, nothing in Medicare, that permits one undocumented immigrant to get one dollar of assistance. None,” she insisted.
When Dokoupil tried to continue, Warren repeated, “Zero.”
Even as he attempted to explain that the Democrat counterproposal restores Medicaid benefits for certain noncitizens removed under previous legislation, Warren dismissed it with a firm, “No!”
The heated exchange underscores the growing frustration many Americans feel about Democrats’ willingness to spend taxpayer money on noncitizens while ignoring the needs of citizens.
Dokoupil pressed further: “Republicans don’t think those people should be getting health care on the taxpayer dime. I’m not asking on the merits. Politically, putting that in there, exposes you to this talking point, this lie as you put it. Why put it in there? Why is it worth it?”

Warren doubled down: “No. What’s happened is that what we’re saying is that whenever hospitals give care, what is going to be the level of reimbursement? And the Republicans said it’s going to be a low level. The Democrats said we just want to go back to the level it was before because you’re going to bankrupt hospitals. You’re going to put rural hospitals out of business.”
“The Republicans and the Democrats’ plan, nothing changes the number of undocumented immigrants who still get care if they show up bleeding and unconscious at an emergency room. There is absolutely zero difference,” Warren added.
She explained further: “The difference is whether or not hospitals who, under laws that date back to Ronald Reagan, may provide emergency care to anyone who’s unconscious, will actually get reimbursed at a very low level that will put the hospital ultimately out of business potentially or at a higher level.”
“Look, what we’re looking for is help for people who are going to get pushed out of nursing homes, help for people who are at home and relying on home health aides,” Warren continued.
Conservatives slammed Warren’s performance, saying it reveals Democrats’ broader strategy: deny, deflect, and avoid accountability while using taxpayer money for politically favored groups.
The interview went viral, with social media users highlighting her repeated denials and aggressive tone.
Many critics argue her behavior demonstrates the left’s disregard for taxpayers who expect transparency and responsible government spending.
Parents and Americans worried about national resources saw the exchange as proof that Washington prioritizes illegal immigrants over citizens.
Warren’s repeated phrases—“flat-out lie” and “zero”—have been framed by conservative commentators as a defensive tactic designed to intimidate the questioner rather than provide real answers.
The segment has sparked outrage, with many Americans demanding clarity about who benefits from government programs and who ultimately foots the bill.
The Democrats’ approach to the funding bill is being seen as a clear example of a party willing to shield controversial policies from scrutiny.

Warren’s defensive posture also highlights a political strategy of prioritizing optics over substance, a tactic critics say has become all too common in Washington.
The viral footage has become a talking point in conservative circles, reinforcing concerns about unchecked government spending and the overreach of elected officials.
Americans watching the exchange were left questioning whether Democrats truly represent the interests of U.S. citizens or are more focused on advancing an agenda at taxpayer expense.
Conservative media outlets have amplified the exchange, framing it as proof of how Democrats manipulate messaging to cover controversial policies.
For many voters, Warren’s live TV meltdown is evidence that Democrats are willing to ignore taxpayer concerns to push through ideological goals.
Russ Vought, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, announced Wednesday that roughly $18 billion in federal funding for two major New York City infrastructure projects has been frozen.“Roughly $18 billion in New York City infrastructure projects have been put on hold to ensure funding is not flowing based on unconstitutional DEI principles,” Vought wrote on X. “More info to come soon.”

The projects affected are among the most significant in New York’s long-term transportation planning. One is the Hudson Tunnel Project, which would add a new passenger rail tunnel under the Hudson River, a vital corridor for Amtrak and New Jersey Transit. The other is the long-delayed Second Avenue Subway expansion, a project that has been discussed for decades and is seen as critical to easing congestion on Manhattan’s East Side.
In a follow-up post, Vought confirmed both projects are on ice, immediately sparking debate over whether the freeze was primarily about DEI or about politics. The Associated Press noted that the timing suggested more than policy. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat, has made the Hudson Tunnel Project one of his signature priorities. In 2023, Schumer locked in a $6.88 billion federal grant for the tunnel. At the time, he acknowledged the funding was partly a safeguard in case Trump returned to the White House and Republicans reclaimed the Senate
Both of those things have now happened.
House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who represents Brooklyn, also has a stake in the projects and has been one of Trump’s most vocal opponents in Congress.
The decision to freeze funding hits directly at the priorities of both New York Democrats who are central to the shutdown fight.
CBS News highlighted how the move reverberated beyond policy debates. For Schumer and Jeffries, it was a political gut punch delivered on the same day Democrats were already facing pressure for allowing the shutdown to drag on.
The broader context is that Trump has made rolling back DEI spending a cornerstone of his second administration.
During his first term, Trump signed an executive order restricting DEI training in federal agencies, though it was later rescinded by President Joe Biden.
